中医方证相关主要强调方证是否相应及相应程度,明确方证相关的生物学基础,提高方证相应程度,有助提升临床诊疗水平。.拟从临床、整体动物和细胞三个水平切入,以经典补气活血方药—补阳还五汤及类方(补阳还五汤、脑心通胶囊、养阴通脑颗粒)为工具药,募集缺血性中风气虚血瘀证病例,复制大鼠脑缺血动物模型,基于药物代谢与生物效应相关联理论与方法,引入蛋白组学、代谢组学的理念与关键技术,重点测定补阳还五汤类方药物代谢与生物效应指标(脑缺血损伤、蛋白组图谱、代谢组图谱等),通过补阳还五汤三个类方“横向”和三个类方在脑缺血不同病理分期“纵向”的药物代谢与生物效应对比分析,探讨“补阳还五汤类方-药物浓度-代谢产物-时间-生物效应”定性定量关系。.明确补阳还五汤类方的方证相关程度,寻求各类方生物活性物质与证的生物标志物,阐述其治疗缺血性中风分子生物机制,提升中医方剂临床“精准用药”和诊疗水平,促进中医药学术发展。

The correspondence and corresponding level of prescription-syndrome are mainly emphasized by Traditional Chinese medicines (TCM) prescription-syndrome. It’s helpful for the level of clinical diagnosis and treatment to clear the biological foundation of the relativity of prescription-syndrome and improve the corresponding degree of prescription-syndrome..Researchers will collect ischemic stroke cases in qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome, and study the Buyang Huanwu decotion and its associated prescriptions at three levels, namely clinic, whole animals and cells. Based on drug metabolism and biological effects, the technology of proteomics and metabonomics are adopted to analyze indicators of drug metabolism and biological effects of Buyang Huanwu decotion in rats with cerebral ischemia. Comparing the drug metabolism with biological effects in cerebral ischemia rats with different pathological stage, the qualitative and quantitative relationship are discuss in fives respects, namely Buyang Huanwu decotion associated prescriptions, drug concentration, metabolite, time and biological effects.. The molecular biological mechanism of Buyang Huanwu decotion and its associated prescriptions in the treatment of the ischemic stroke is explained by clearing the relativity of prescription-syndrome, investigating the bioactivator of prescriptions and biomarker of syndrome, which could provide a guiding significance for traditional Chinese medicinal formulae in clinic and promote the academic development of traditional Chinese medicine.
