鳜是我国重要的名贵水产养殖品种之一。漓江以独特的岩溶地质地貌和适宜的自然环境,拥有丰富的鳜类资源,但至目前有关漓江流域鳜的遗传研究缺乏。本项目拟采用形态学、线粒体基因组学、SSR分子标记等技术,在全面系统地对漓江水域鳜鱼种质资源调查的基础上,进而对同一水域不同品种和同一品种不同地理种群间进行遗传结构、分子标记比较研究,从分子水平揭示漓江流域鳜的种质特性、遗传多样性和适应性进化分子机制,为鳜鱼的种群鉴定、种质资源保护以及养殖选种应用等提供依据。此外,还将选择两个具有明显优势生产性状的品种,如斑鳜和翘嘴鳜,采用mRNA 高通量测序技术(RNA-seq)进行转录组学特征比较分析,筛选优良生产性状相关功能基因,为鱼类基因资源利用提供理论和技术支撑。
英文摘要
The mandarin fish (Siniperca chuatis) is one of important aquiculture species in China. As its unique karstic geological features and suitable nature environment, there are enriched in the mandarin fish resouces in Lijiang River. However, systemic genetic studies on the fish is limited. so far. In this study, we will apply multiple techniques, including morphological index, mitochondrial genomics and single sequences repeats (SSR) markers etc., to comparatively analyze their genetic sturcture and molecular characterization among the different species and different population, so as to reveal their genetic diversity and phylogenetic adaptation. In addition, we will conduct a comparative transciptional studies between two economically important species, Sinipercal chuatis and S.scherzeri, and screen some important and differntially expressed functional genes for genomics and application. Thus our work will provide scientific basis for fish population evaluation, resource conservation as well as stock selection.
