高黎贡山特殊的自然地理条件造就了多样性的生态系统和生物资源,但其虫生真菌资源的研究很少。虫生真菌是自然界中调控和平衡害虫种群消长的重要生物因子,但其生防效果常受到环境因子的限制。本研究拟从高黎贡山不同生态环境中虫生真菌的种类、数量和分布等方面研究其虫生真菌的物种多样性,从虫生真菌物种多样性与森林害虫种群的关系、不同生境中优势虫生真菌对森林害虫的调控及不适宜环境中的耐逆性优良菌株在控制害虫过程中的作用三个方面探讨高黎贡山虫生真菌对森林害虫的调控,为高黎贡山自然保护区虫生真菌资源的保护和合理开发利用提供理论依据,为提高生防制剂的环境适应性和缓解化学农药滥用导致的生态危机和食品安全问题奠定基础。
英文摘要
The special conditions of natural geography in the Gaoligong mountain have created the diversity of the ecosystems and biological resources. However, little research has been done into entomogenous fungi. Entomogenous fungus is an important biological factor to regulate and keep balance of the pest population growth, but its biocontrol effect is often limited by environmental factors. This project intends to study species diversity of entomogenous fungus in the Gaoligong mountain from the aspects of species, numbers and distribution, and to study the regulation of forest pest from three aspects: the relation of species diversity of entomogenous fungus and the forest pest population, the regulation of predominant fungus species to the forest pests in different habitats and the role of superior strains with stress tolerance in the process of pest control. The results provide theoretical basis for the protection and rational utilization of entomogenous fungus resources in the Gaoligong mountain, and lay the foundation to enhance the environmental adaptation of biological control agent and mitigate the ecological crisis and the food safety problems caused by chemical pesticide.
