申请人工作聚焦于法医物证学领域,在优青项目资助下,围绕复杂亲缘关系鉴定技术难题,从分型系统开发、创新理论提出、行业标准研制和新技术应用等方面开展了一系列创新性工作:研制了适合中国人群应用的系列STR分型试剂盒和插入/缺失多态性遗传标记分型系统;创新性地运用状态一致性评分(IBS)为技术指标,提出了双亲皆无情形下生物学全同胞关系鉴定的理论,并成功研制了全同胞鉴定标准;通过全基因组甲基化扫描和线粒体深度测序,揭示了成年健康同卵双生子间的甲基化谱变化规律和线粒体基因组差异,建立了表观遗传学和二代测序评价方法。主持国家及省部级科研项目十余项,近5年发表第一或通讯作者(含并列)SCI论文35篇,总IF135分,多篇发表在法医学领域影响因子最高期刊FSI Gen上(JCR I 区),主持制定行业标准3项。研究成果分别获上海市科技进步二等奖、三等奖,司法部科技进步二等奖、三等奖,司法部优秀科技工作者等。

The applicant has devoted to the field of forensic genetics. Focusing on the study of complex genetic relationship identification technology, a series of innovation works have been achieved funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of outstanding youth projects. we have designed and built an insertion/deletion polymorphism (InDel) marker genotyping system for five major ethnic including Chinese Han, Hui, Uygur, Mongolian and Tibetan; we developed a series of STR genotyping kits based on autosomes and sex chromosomes; we put forward the full sibling identification theory without biological parents and successfully developed the ull sibling identification standard by the innovative usage of the technical specifications of Identity by state score (IBS); Meanwhile, we have proposed the new strategy to screen monozygotic twins through using epigenetic markers; A pilot study have been carried out around the next-generation sequencing technology for forensic science. These works play a better role in the solving identification of complex kinship by providing genotyping tools, technical standards and innovation theory, especially, the successful resolution of the 166-year-long suspension famous Hungarian poet Petofi remains identified. The research work to be carried out has strong innovation and forensic application prospects.In the recent five years, the applicant has presided over more than ten scientific research projects including the grants from National Natural Science Foundation as well as the National Science & Technology Pillar Program of China, and has published more than 35 SCI-indexed papers with accumulated IF 135 as first and/or corresponding author in some renowned and important Journals like Forensic Sci Int Genet, Scientific Reports and others. Besides, he has made numerous invited lectures in the international academic institutions and conferences. Due to his distinguished scientific contribution, he has got Science and Technology Progress Award (second prize and third prize) from Ministry of Justice as well as Shanghai Science and Technology Progress Award (second prize and third prize) and outstanding scientific and technological workers from Ministry of Justice.
