申请人长期动态追踪并研究临床重要耐药菌分子流行病学规律和耐药机制,取得多项引领我国临床微生物学发展的创新成果:①率先揭示中国MRSA流行病学、进化机制和起源;揭示我国hVISA发生率,发现hVISA耐药相关蛋白,开创我国hVISA研究新领域;②阐明CRE流行传播规律和CRAB关键基因簇演化历程,发现新型耐药岛和多个耐药新基因,研究成果获国际认同;明确替加环素耐药的表达调控机制,发现逆转耐药性的潜在靶标;③率先建立以中国特有耐药基因型菌库为基础的抗菌谱评价体系,为新型抗菌药物临床应用提供循证医学证据。主持国家自然科学基金5项;发表SCI论文63篇(通讯作者37篇),累计IF250,他引1437次,H指数22;主持制定国内指南和共识3部;主编十二五精品图书《临床微生物学检验》1部;获国家科技进步二等奖1项(排名第三);作为亚洲唯一代表担任CLSI药敏委员会折点工作组委员,参与制定国际标准3部。

英文摘要

The applicant has been working in tracking the molecular epidemiology of super-resistant bugs and studying mechanisms of antimicrobial resistance. She has made great contributions in the following areas. (1) She identified the epidemiology, evolution and origin of methicillin-resistant S. aureus (MRSA). She first indicated the prevalence of heterogeneous vancomycin-intermediate S. aureus (hVISA) in China, revealed the resistant-related proteins of hVISA, and led the study of hVISA in China. (2) She elucidated the mechanism of carbapenem-resistant Enterobacteriaceae (CRE). She demonstrated the evolution of major gene clusters and the critical role of mobile genetic elements in carbapenem-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii (CRAB). She found the molecular mechanism and regulation of gene expression of tigecycline resistance; (3) Based on the special genotypic bacterial bank in China, she established the evaluation system of new antimicrobials. The important findings play fundamental role in elucidating the mechanisms of the spread and outbreaks of multi-drug resistant pathogens and associated high-risk factors, the identification of novel therapeutic target, and the development and utilization rationale of the guidelines for diagnosis and treatment of infections caused by nosocomial and community pathogens in China. In addition, she has been invited by international academic conferences as the invited speaker for more than 10 times in the recent 5 years, gaining high reputation in this field. Sponsored by 5 grants from National Natural Science Foundation, Program for New Century Excellent Talents in University, and other national grants, she has published 63 papers in peer-review SCI cited journals (37 papers as the corresponding author), with a total impact factor of 250, other citation times 1437, and high-citations (H) index of 22. She took the lead in the formulation of 3 domestic guidelines and expert consensus. She was one of the editors-in-chief of the book of Clinical Microbiology Examination. Three papers were cited by F1000 Prime. Another 2 articles were selected as “Top 100 academic papers in China”. She had the honor of National Scientific and Technological Progress Second Prize (as the third author). Due to her exceptional academic achievements, she was appointed the member of Breakpoint Working Group of the Antimicrobial Susceptibility Testing Subcommittee of Clinical and Laboratory Standards Institute (CLSI) as the only representative from Asia, and participated in the formulation of 3 international standards.
