棉蚜是一种广泛分布的重要害虫,棉蚜茧蜂是棉蚜的优势寄生蜂。寄生蜂对能对寄主进行改造,使寄主适合于寄生蜂的生长发育。寄主脂肪是寄生蜂主要的食物之一,寄生蜂对蚜虫脂肪代谢途径改造的研究屈指可数。申请者前期绘制出较为完整的棉蚜脂肪合成代谢图谱,对棉蚜茧蜂调节脂肪合成代谢相关基因的情况进行研究,发现棉蚜茧蜂具有调节棉蚜脂肪合成代谢的现象,同时窥探出一些特异的脂肪合成代谢途径。以此为基础,本研究拟做实寄生蜂调节棉蚜脂肪合成代谢的现象;发掘寄主脂肪关键调节基因及其调节特征;通过人工干预被寄生棉蚜脂肪含量与组分,揭示寄生蜂调节棉蚜脂肪合成的生物学意义;明确氨基酸与脂肪酸合成之间的关系,探讨棉蚜的氨基酸代谢产物氨处理对策。本研究对于揭示寄生蜂与寄主昆虫的协同进化,丰富蚜虫与寄生蜂互作实例,探索人工干预昆虫生理代谢的途径,指导寄生蜂的人工繁殖和利用,开发新型害虫控制技术等方面均具有重要的理论和实践价值。

The cotton-melon aphid Aphis gossypii Glover (Hemiptera: Aphididae) is a polyphagous species with a worldwide distribution, the wasp Lysiphlebia japonica (Ashmead) is the predominant parasitoid of cotton–melon aphids in China. After parasitizing a host, parasitoid wasps allow their aphid hosts to grow and develop but strongly regulate the host’s physiology, metabolism and biochemistry to increase its suitability. Host lipid is one of the main foods of parasitic wasp, we still know relatively little about the metabolic changes that take place as a result of parasitization. A more complete lipid synthesis map of A. gossypii has been draw by applicant. Through the study on effects of L. japonica on A. gossypii lipid synthesis genes, applicant found that the lipid synthesis of A. gossypii was up-regulated by parasitoid wasps, while some specific lipid synthesis pathway also been founded. On this basis, this study intends to make the L. japonica upregulate A. gossypii lipid synthesis full and accurate; found the key regulator of lipid synthesis gene and its regulation characteristics; regular the A. gossypii lipid by gene silencing, reveals the biological significance of parasitoids regulate cotton aphid lipid synthesis; reveals the relationship between amino acid and fatty acid synthesis, investigate how A. gossypii deal with amino acid metabolite. This study has important theoretical and practical value on reveals the coevolution host and parasitoids, contribute to aphid and parasitoid interaction examples, to explore manual intervention insect physiological metabolism ways, guide the use of artificial breeding enemy and development new technology of insect control.
