水生真菌资源丰富,物种多样,但目前对其多样性分布格局及驱动因子尚不明确。本项目拟在横断山脉三江并流区域系统采集不同流域、海拔、经纬度的样品,通过相对定量分离和分类鉴定,明确该地区水生真菌物种多样性;通过物种多样性指数、辛普森指数及均匀度指数分析,明确该区域水生真菌多样性的分布格局;通过主因子分析和空间分析理解环境因子对水生真菌分布格局的影响,揭示影响其分布的驱动因子。本项研究将丰富我国水生真菌的物种多样性;同时,三江并流区水生真菌分布格局和扩散模式的研究结果将对完善微生物的多样性分布格局形成和扩散机制的现有理论具有重要作用。
英文摘要
Aquatic fungi are important biological resource, which has rich species diversity. However, the distribution pattern and driving factors are not well understood. This project will collect samples systematically from different watershed, altitude, longitude and latitude in the Three Parallel Rivers area in Mt. Hengduan. Species diversity of aquatic fungi will be studied by relative quantitative isolation and distribution pattern will be analyzed with index of species diversity, simpson and evenness indices. Principal Component Analysis and spatial analysis will be employed to understand the relationship between fungal diversity and environmental factors. Outputs of this project will improve current understanding on aquatic fungi in China and obtain important fungal resources. Moreover, results from this study will contribute a lot to current knowledge on microbe distribution pattern and dispersal mechanism, because Three Parallel Rivers region is of special geographic history and current environmental variety.
