推拿手法的生物力学特征是影响其临床疗效的重要因素之一,但其生物力学模型的研究进展缓慢。在推拿学典型的摆动类手法生物力学模型的研究方面,既往研究多以前臂、手等为杠杆,以肘关节、腕关节等为结点建立生物力学模型,忽视了上臂和肩关节在手法操作中的作用,也鲜见多系统同步测试、手法空间运动行为等方面的报道。本课题以摆动类推拿手法为研究对象,计划将工程仿生领域的生物耦合理论,引入推拿手法生物力学的研究之中,建立摆动类推拿手法的上肢骨骼-肌肉系统三维生物力学模型,结合运动学和动力学试验,研究摆动类推拿手法上肢各关节和环节的运动力学规律;分析骨骼-肌肉系统中力载荷被有效调节、分配和传递的模式;对影响摆动类推拿手法功能实现的各因素(耦元)与耦联方式进行辨识与权重分析,建立摆动类推拿手法实现的多元耦合可拓模型,以建立系统、完善的推拿手法评价体系。

The biomechanical characteristics of the massage is one of the important factors that influence the clinical curative effect, but its biomechanical model research progress has been slow.In massage typical swing techique biomechanical model of research, more than in a previous study is leverage with the forearm and hand, elbow and wrist joints as nodes biological mechanics model is set up, ignored the role of upper arm and shoulder joint in manipulation, also rare multisystem synchronous movement of test technique, spatial behavior, etc.This topic by moving on with technique as the research object, the plan will be in the field of engineering bionics biological coupling theory, the introduction of massage biomechanical research, establish a swing analogy with technique of upper limb bones - 3 d biomechanical model of muscle system combined with kinematics and dynamics test, study oscillation analogy with technique of upper limbs and link each joint movement law of mechanics;Analysis of bone - muscle force load in the system by effective regulation, distribution and transmission mode;To various influence factors of swinging analogy with technique functions (decoupling) and coupling mode identification and weight analysis, establish a swing on technique to realize multiple coupling extension model, to establish a system, perfect massage evaluation system.
