本人多年致力于法医学教学、科研及一线鉴定工作,主要开展分子遗传标记在法医学、群体遗传学和免疫遗传学中基础和应用研究。系列开展X、Y及常染色体新STR和InDel基因座、MtDNA、Y-SNP、始祖SNP、DNA甲基化等分子遗传标记的甄选、验证和法医学应用研究。应用PCR-SBT分析HLA,发现一个新等位基因B 46*34;用PCR-SSP研究族群KIR,深入探讨其与HLA的相互作用。从多角度、多层次、系统开展分子遗传标记群体遗传学研究,开发和保护民族遗传信息资源,并在分子遗传水平上揭示所研究族群遗传结构和变化规律,明晰了民族的起源、迁移和进化。拟开展的“基于DNA推测表型特征研究”具有创新性,法医学应用前景广泛深远。近5年来发表第一或通讯作者(含并列)SCI 收录论文28篇,总IF 80分。研究成果获陕西省科技进步二等奖(第一完成人)、中国青年科技奖、陕西省优秀创新人才奖等多项科研奖励。

英文摘要

I have devoted many years to the teaching of forensic science, scientific research and forensic identification. My work mainly involves in population genetics, immunogenetics, basic and application study of the polymorphism of molecular genetic markers in forensic science. Systemically, I conducted the study of loci selection, validation and forensic application for many kinds of molecular genetic markers, such as STR and InDel loci of X chromosome, Y chromosome and autosomal; MtDNA SNP, Y-SNP and ancestry informative SNP; and DNA methylation loci. Moreover, I discovered a new allele named HLA-B 46*34 utilizing PCR-SBT for HLA analysis; and conducted the in-depth study of the interaction between HLA and KIR by using PCR-SSP to study KIR polymorphism in different populations. The multi-angle, multi-level and systemic population genetic studies of different molecular genetic markers benefit the scientific community in the following aspects: the protection, development and utilization of genetic information resources of ethnic groups; reveal the population genetic structure and variation on the level of molecular genetics; further clarify the ethnic origin, migration and evolution. The study that will be carried out is named with “The study of DNA-based prediction of human externally visible characteristics” and is innovative and has broad prospect in forensic application. I have published totally 28 SCI papers as first author or corresponding author (including ties), with accumulated IF 80. Because of my research achievement, I was awarded the second prize of Scientific and Technological Progress in Shaanxi Province (the first person in charge), the Chinese Science and Technology award for youth, the Outstanding Creative Talents Award of Shaanxi Province and the Science and Technology Award for Youth of Shaanxi Province, and et al.
