申请人以脑中风临床治疗方法为切入点，利用现代科学技术手段为提高脑中风临床疗效提供药理学证据，拓展药物研发思路，丰富临床治疗思想。主要阐释了中医药防治脑中风多靶点、多途径作用的科学内涵，在国内较早建立适用于中医药研究的血脑屏障技术平台，初步阐明“芳香开窍”中药的科学内涵；对目前公认的脑中风急性期tPA静脉溶栓疗法提出改进，建立了Annexin A2联合tPA治疗缺血性脑中风的新疗法；发现糖尿病患者脑中风特殊的病理机制，探索提出新的治疗策略和方法。上述成果为开拓中医药防治脑中风转化医学领域提供了新的依据和切入点。在Stroke、The Journal of Clinical Investigation等本领域国际权威期刊发表论文17篇，SCI数据库他引162次；获得“全国百篇优秀博士论文”奖励，获得天津市科技进步奖1项。2014年入选天津市青年千人计划。

The applicant’s research focuses on the clinical therapy for stroke, and the applicant provides pharmacological evidence and expands drug research and development ideas to improve clinical effects for stroke by the modern science and technology. The applicant tries to elucidate the scientific meaning of traditional Chinese medicine to prevent and cure ischemic stroke through “multiple targets and pathways”. The applicant established the blood brain barrier in vitro model and demonstrated the scientific meaning of “Resuscitation with Aromatics” Chinese materia medica. The applicant established the new thrombolytic therapy of Annexin A2 combined with low-dose tPA. And the applicant found the special pathological mechanisms of ischemic stroke patients with diabetes and provided the new therapy. All above research achievements provide the new basis and key points for prevention and cure of stroke in traditional Chinese medicine. The applicant has published 17 papers in international journals such as Stroke and The Journal of Clinical Investigation, and the total citation is 162. The applicant was awarded as the Author of National Excellent Doctoral Dissertation in 2009. The applicant was selected as Thousand Talent Program for Young Outstanding Scientists of Tianjin city in 2014.
