曾芳，成都中医药大学针灸推拿学院教授、副院长、博士生导师。中国针灸学会循证针灸专委会秘书长、中国针灸学会针刺医学影像专委会常务委员、四川省针灸学会经络腧穴专委会主任委员、2012年全国百篇优秀博士学位论文奖获得者（针灸领域唯一一名）。2012年入选教育部“新世纪优秀人才计划”、2014年入选科技部“中青年科技创新领军人才”、2015年入选国家"百千万人才工程"。近五年主持2项国家自然基金和4项部省级课题，主研6项国家级课题。发表中文论文92篇、SCI论文39篇，第一作者文章最高IF:12.882，第一（通讯）作者文章平均IF:4.84。获得2012年国家科技进步二等奖，2014年、2011年、2009年四川省科技进步一等奖，2008年省科技进步二等奖、2011年四川省“青年科技奖”等奖励；获得2012年霍英东教育基金“高校青年教师奖”、2011年中国针灸学会“优秀青年科技工作者”等荣誉。

Zeng Fang works as professor, associate dean and supervisor of doctoral students in Acupuncture-moxibustion and Tuina School, Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine; General secretary, Specialty Committee of Envidence-based Acupuncture-Moxibustion, China Association of Acupucture-Moxibustion; A member of the Standing Committee, Specialty Committee of Functional Imaging and Acupuncture-Moxibustion, China Association of Acupucture-Moxibustion, and the Chairman, Specialty Committee of Meridian and Acupoint, Association of Acupucture-Moxibustion of Sichuan Province. The only one who win the Award of Top 100 Excellent Doctorial Dissertations in Acupuncture-moxibustion and Tuina field; New Century Outstanding Talents Support Program, Ministry of Education in 2013; The Young and Middle-aged Leading Talent of Technological Innovation, Ministry of Science and Technology in 2014; National pacesetter project, Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security in 2015 ..During recent five years, she is the director of two projects of the National Natural Science Foundation and four provincial projects, and the main investigator of six national projects. Overall, 92 articles in Chinese and 39 SCI articles were published with 12.882 of the highest impact factor among first author articles and 4.84 of average impact factor. Many awards were granted, including National Science and Technology Progress Second Prize, in 2012, Sichuan Provincial Science and Technology Progress First Prize in 2014, 2011, 2009, Sichuan Provincial Science and Technology Progress Second Prize in 2008, Sichuan Provincial Science & Technology Award for Youth in 2011 and so on. Also, some honors were granted, including the Award for Colleges and Universities’ Young Teachers, Fok Ying-Tong Education Foundation in 2012, Outstanding Young Science and Technology Workers of China Association of Acupucture-Moxibustion in 2011 and so on.
