本研究群体长期从事不孕症相关疾病的临床基础研究和生殖生物学研究,在长期项目协作,资源、技术平台共享下形成了一支临床与基础研究结合、多学科交叉、优势互补的中青年科学研究队伍。近五年来,群体在发现调控卵母细胞成熟和早期胚胎发育过程的关键分子、探索生殖障碍相关疾病发病机理、创建新型辅助生殖技术、提高疑难不孕患者治疗成功率及安全性等方面取得了一系列重要进展,在Nature、Cell、Science、Lancet、Cancer Cell等国际权威杂志发表原创论文200余篇,并于2010年获得教育部“创新团队”称号,2011年获得国家科技进步二等奖。本创新群体的研究旨在阐明女性生殖细胞和胚胎发育的遗传学和表观遗传学调控机制,在此基础上进一步探讨女性生殖疾病的病因学及治疗策略,从而为遗传疾病的植入前分子诊断、不孕症防治、辅助生殖技术子代安全性等方面提供依据,促进辅助生殖及生殖遗传新技术的临床应用。

The research team has been engaged in the clinical and basic researches on infertility and basic researches on reproductive. It is an energetic scientific team consisting of six research groups which shared resources and technology platforms and had long-term project collaboration. In the past five years, the team achieved a series of important progress in detecting the key molecules in modulating the oocyte maturation and early embryo development, creating the new assisted reproductive technologies, exploring the pathogenesis of reproductive diseases, and increasing the success rate and safety of difficulty mixed infertility. the team had published more than 200 original papers in some international authoritative journals, such as Nature, Cell, Science, Lancet, Cancer Cell, etc. Moreover, the team had acquired the title of “the innovation team of Ministry of Education” in 2010, the second prize of the national science and Technology Progress Award in.2011. The purpose of this innovative research team is to clarify the genetic and epigenetic regulatory mechanisms of female germ cell development, and to further explore the etiology and treatment strategies of female reproductive diseases, so as to provide the basis for preimplantation genetic molecular diagnostics, prevention and treatment of infertility, and safety evaluation of offspring in assisted reproductive technologies, and to promote the clinical applications of new genetic reproductive technologies and assisted reproductive technologies.
