本群体依托南京医科大学肿瘤中心,秉承基础-临床-预防三位一体的理念,经过10余年建设,先后被立项为江苏省重点实验室和江苏省协同创新中心,在常见恶性肿瘤病因研究、高危人群筛查和早期诊断生物标志物、个体化诊疗等研究中取得了一系列创新性成果,拥有扎实的研究基础和良性的人才集聚。本群体由1位中国工程院院士,3位国家杰青及教育部长江学者,1位国家优青组成;近五年,群体以第一或通讯作者发表SCI论文138篇,其中IF>10论文22篇;SCI论文近五年被SCI他引6710次,单篇最高302次,2名成员入选2014年爱思唯尔发布的中国“高被引学者”榜单;获国家发明专利授权15件;获国家和部省级奖18项。本群体将围绕肿瘤异质性的遗传基础这一关键科学问题,从个体间异质性的遗传基础和分子机理、个体内异质性的特征和演变规律、肿瘤治疗耐受和转移分子事件等方向进行重点突破,力争发展成为该领域国际有重要影响的创新群体。

英文摘要

In the past 10 years, based on Cancer Center of Nanjing Medical University, this group combined the PIs of basic medicine, clinical medicine and preventive medicine to work together on cancer research. They have successfully established the Jiangsu Key Lab of Cancer Biomarker, Prevention and Treatment as well as the Collaborative Innovation Center for Cancer Personalized Medicine in Jiangsu. The group members include one Academician of Chinese Academy of Engineering, three awardees of “Yangtze River Scholar Professor” of the Ministry of Education and distinguished young scientists founded by National Natural Science Foundation of China, and one outstanding young scientists founded by National Natural Science Foundation of China. The group has made great breakthroughs in cancer etiology and mechanisms, biomarkers for early diagnosis and penalized treatment. In the past 5 years, as the first or corresponding authors, the six members have published 138 original paper in peer-reviewed SCI journals including 22 papers in journals with impact factor more than 10. The total SCI citation is 6710 for the published SCI papers in the past five years. The achievements also include 15 national invention patents and 18 science and technology awards. Based on the key scientific question of genetic basis of cancer heterogeneity, this group will focus on genetic features of inter-individual heterogeneity, intra-tumor heterogeneity and cancer evolution, and the mechanism of treatment resistance and metastasis. These great efforts and achievements will make the group as an international-impact research group in the field.
