农田景观格局显著影响着整个农业生态系统中各种作物田害虫、天敌的发生与互作,这种大尺度的生态效益在我国特有的小农分散经营模式下尚缺乏系统研究。本项目以华北主产棉区为研究对象,综合采用3S技术以及景观生态学、种群生态学、分子生物学等多学科交叉的研究手段,分析不同景观格局下棉田天敌多样性与丰富度、捕食性与寄生性天敌控蚜功能的变化规律及其尺度效应,明确影响棉田天敌种群发生与控害功能的关键景观因素,阐明农田景观格局-尺度对华北棉田天敌保育与害虫控制的调控机制。研究结果对科学认识我国华北棉田生态系统的生物控害服务功能、创新发展基于农田景观的棉花害虫生物控制理论与模式具有重要的科学意义。
英文摘要
Landscape pattern greatly affects population dynamics of crop insect pests and natural enemies and their interactions in the agroecosystem, whereas this large-scale ecological role has not been fully assessed in Chinese small-farming systems. Using 3S integrative techniques and combining ecological and molecular methods, we plan to compare enemy richness and diversity, and the effect of predators and parasitoids on aphid population in cotton fields within different landscapes of northern China. It will explore the key landscape factors affecting the diversity and biocontrol services of natural enemies, and the associated mechanisms. All the results are available for fully understanding the biocontrol services provided by natural enemies in the specific farming system of northern China, and further developing the management strategy of cotton insect pests at a landscape level.
