申请人致力于围绕肿瘤细胞死亡的分子机理开展相关研究。以第一作者或通讯作者发表文章13篇,其中影响因子大于10的文章四篇,大于5的文章2篇,SCI引用累计136次。近年来集中研究自噬在新的抗肿瘤化合物诱导癌细胞死亡过程中发生的分子机制及作用。2012年关于检测自噬流新探针的研究成果还未正式发表就被自噬领域权威综述介绍,已经提供给国内外近90个课题组使用,引起广泛关注。未来我们将重点研究阻断静止癌细胞自噬流的小分子化合物及阐明其作用的分子机制:研究表明静止的癌细胞在癌症复发以及转移过程中发挥着重要作用,而自噬有可能在癌细胞静止过程中发挥重要作用。目前关于小分子化合物作用于转移到淋巴结里静止癌细胞内在的分子机制研究还未见相关报道。我们将有针对性地选择药物联用的方式,诱导转移到淋巴结里静止的癌细胞发生衰老和死亡,为肿瘤的治疗提供新的途径。

Our research is try to elucidate the molecular mechanism of cancer cell death. There are 13 research papers published as the first author or corresponding author, which are totally cited by 136 times. Now I am focusing on the role of autophagy in cancer cell death induced by novel chemical compounds, and there are four research papers published on Autophagy journals (2014 impact factor 11.4) in five years. In addition, our research on a novel probe monitoring autophagic flux was introduced in the canonical review in autophagy field (Guidelines for the use and interpretation of assays for monitoring autophagy. Autophagy 2012, 8, 445-544.) before formal publication. This probe has been provide to about 90 research groups in the world and the related publication paper has been cited by 24 times now.. In future we will focus on screening new compounds that block autophagic flux in quiescent cancer cells and elucidating the related molecular mechanisms. Quiescent cancer cells play an important role in recurrence and metastasis of cancer cells, and autophagy may be an important factor in metastasis quiescent cancer cells. Unfortunately, there are only a few research about the effects of anti-cancer compounds on metastasis quiescent cancer cells especially in lymph node. We will try to select proper compound combinations that induce quiescent cancer cells to senescence or death, which may provide a new way for cancer therapy.
