申请人从事药物与内源物代谢调控研究,专注于核受体-代谢酶-转运体(NR-ME-TP)调控的内源物和药物代谢、相互作用与临床用药,拓展了基于NR-ME-TP的内源物代谢调控对疾病影响的研究领域。阐明了基于NR-ME-TP的五酯片与他克莫司、环孢素A、紫杉醇等的药动学相互作用机制并应用于临床合理用药,新发现脂肪酸、胆汁酸、烟酰胺代谢调控的某些内源小分子及调控基因对急性肝损伤、胆汁淤积、胰腺癌等疾病发生转归和治疗的关键作用,其介导的分子事件可作为潜在新靶标。主持国家自然基金等各级课题10余项,已发表SCI论文60多篇,引用近500次,第一或通讯作者SCI论文30余篇(其中Carcinogenesis与TS各1篇、DMD 5篇、Highlights介绍2篇);主编专著2部;在国内外学术会议及高校报告5次;获2014年中国药理学会-Servier优秀青年药理学者奖。部分研究成果已应用于临床。

英文摘要

The applicant has a continueous interest in metabolism-based regulations of xenobiotics, endogenous molecules and diseases. She focuses on nuclear receptor-metabolizing enzyme-transporter (NR-ME-TP) axis mediated pharmacokinetics, drug-drug interactions and mutual interactions between endogenous molecule metabolism and diseases, and then utilizing these biological events as potential drug targets. Here is a summary of the applicant's findings. 1) Effects of a number of compounds on NR-ME-TP axis have been evaluated. 2) NR-ME-TP axis-based drug-drug and herb-drug interactions such as interactions between Tacrolimus and Wuzhi tablet have been explored and used for the improvement of drug therapy in clinic. 3) Based on the regulation of bile acid and fatty acid metabolism, some endogenous molecules and upstream NR-ME-TP axis have been found to play an important role in the occurrence, development of the prognosis, and treatment of acute liver injury, cholestasis, and pancreatic tumor, etc. The applicant has been awarded more than 10 grants as PI from various funding agencies including NSFC, and has been supported by several talent programs such as Distinguished Young Scholar of Sun Yat-sen University and the Cultivation Programs of Excellent Talent of Sun Yat-sen University. Up to now the applicant has authored more than 100 papers in national and international peer-reviewed journals including more than 60 papers in SCI journals with about 500 citations by other investigators. She has published more than 30 SCI papers as first author or corresponding author in Carcinogenesis, Drug Metabolism and Disposition, Tox Sci, cell Physiol Biochem etc. And she has edited 2 books as chief-editor and authored 3 book chapters. The applicant has been invited to delivery scientific talks in international conferences and in other universities for 4 times. She was awarded the CNPHARS-SERVIER Young Investigator Awards in Pharmacology in 2014.
