糖尿病性溃疡已成为糖尿病患者致残和死亡的主要原因。血管内皮细胞损伤、新生血管形成障碍,氧化应激损伤等是糖尿病足难愈性溃疡局部微循环病变的因素。课题组应用回阳生肌膏治疗糖尿病性溃疡20余年,取得了良好的临床疗效。本课题以糖尿病溃疡患者原代微血管内皮细胞及糖尿病溃疡大鼠模型为研究对象,阐明回阳生肌膏治疗前后对糖尿病溃疡患者及大鼠靶皮损血管新生,CD105、VEGF/VEGFR等血管生成相关细胞因子和炎症因子,以及血清血管生成相关细胞因子的干预机制;探讨回阳生肌膏主要成分对体外糖尿病溃疡创面原代微血管内皮细胞增殖、迁移、微管腔形成及Pi3k/akt血管生成信号转导通路的影响,揭示其促进血管新生的作用机制。验证并丰富“煨脓以长肉”、“回阳以生肌”理论:“煨脓”以抑制炎症反应,改善乏氧状态、缓解氧化应激损伤;“回阳”以促进血管新生、改善微血管状态,加快溃疡愈合。

Diabetic ulcer has become the major cause of death and disability in patients with diabetes mellitus. Injury of vascular endothelial cells and neovascularization disturbance and oxidative stress injury is factors of diabetic foot refractory ulcerative microcirculation lesion. The research group used Huiyang Shengji ointment in the treatment of diabetic ulcers for 20 years, and achieved a good clinical efficacy.
