胃俞募配穴是针灸胃肠调节的经典用穴方案。我们前期国家自然基金项目发现,脑岛在胃俞募配穴胃肠调节中枢响应中发挥着重要作用,但其是否为胃俞募配穴调理胃肠、治疗功能性消化不良的核心脑区,及其功能网络的因果连接模式,尚有待进一步验证。因此,本课题拟以功能性消化不良模型大鼠为研究载体,综合运用经典的小动物功能神经影像技术、条件格兰杰因果分析和胃动力检测等手段,以脑岛功能网络有效因果连接为重点,对比观察脑岛损毁与否对功能性消化不良治疗效应和脑功能网络因果连接模式的影响,深入分析胃俞募配穴治疗功能性消化不良的中枢机制,为胃俞募配穴胃肠调节效应的临床运用提供科学客观的可视化依据。

Combination of stomach Back-Shu and Frontal-Mu points is the classic acupuncture usage regulating stomach and the intestines. In the previous study supported by National Nature Science Fund, we found that insula played a good role in the central integration of gastrointestinal regulation effect by the grouped gastric Shu-Mu points. But, it needs further test that whether or not it is the core cerebral area for grouped gastric Shu-Mu points regulating gastrointestinal problems and treating functional dyspepsia and related causality network regulation pattern . So, this study aims, to take functional dyspepsia rat model as the carrier,with small animal functional magnetic resonance imaging techniques and conditional Granger causality analysis and gastric motility measurement,and take the functional network effective causality connectivity of insula as the focus, compare the impact on the clinic effect and related causality network regulation pattern of treating functional dyspepsia between the damaged insula and normal one. Thus, to further explore the central mechanism and contribute objective optical data to clinics by grouped gastric Shu-Mu points treating functional dyspepsia.
