肺部是一个乏水、低密度、磁导率极不均匀的器官,因此常规影像设备并不完全适用,有必要研发一套用于肺部疾病研究与诊断的专门影像设备。为此,我们拟开展基于3He极化气体的MR成像系统研究,以解决长期以来肺部难以进行磁共振成像的关键技术问题。应用项目的研发设备,通过肺部的微结构成像,以期发现肺部小气道的早期改变和功能异常,研究某些微改变与肺部疾病之间的关系,进而研究有肺病家史、抽烟史以及煤工、石墨工等尘矽特殊行业人群的肺功能情况,建立肺病模型,为重大肺部疾病研究与防治提供良好的专用医学影像手段,全面提高上述特殊人群的生活质量。.研发团队集聚了多单位的优质人力资源,各成员具备了相关领域的研发知识和研究经验,具有很强的互补性。研究团队经过多次研讨,设计理念先进、研究方案合理。项目的实施,必将推动我国医疗设备的发展,为医学科研事业作出贡献。

Lung is a lack of water, low density, permeability uneven organs, so the conventional imaging equipment is not applicable, it is necessary to research a set of specially used in the study of lung disease and diagnostic imaging equipment. To this end, we will carry out the MR imaging system based on 3He polarization gas study, in order to solve the key technical problems of the lungs to magnetic resonance imaging. Application project research and development equipment, imaging of microstructure through the lungs, in order to find early change of small airway and lung function abnormalities, study the relationship between some micro change and lung disease, which has a history of lung disease family history, smoking and dust silicon special industries such as coal work, graphite crowd of pulmonary function, pulmonary disease model is set up, to a critical lung disease research and provide good special medical imaging methods in the prevention and control, improving the quality of life of these special groups. .R&d team offer the high quality human resources of many Department, each member has the related research and development of knowledge and research in the field of experience, have very strong complementary to each other.
