本项目以藏药鬼箭锦鸡儿为研究对象，依据藏医药理论为指导，综合运用现代药学、药理学、化学和生物信息学的方法，采用现代分析科学色谱和现代分离制备技术与多源信息相结合的手段对传统藏药锦鸡儿进行化学成分的研究。通过对藏药鬼箭锦鸡儿指纹图谱进行信息获取、挖掘与辨识，完成了藏药鬼箭锦鸡儿多维多息指纹图谱表征和药理活性相关性的研究。通过对藏药鬼箭锦鸡儿进行抗心血管疾病活性成分的筛选，确定了其有效部分和有效成分，研究考察了藏药鬼箭锦鸡儿有效成分对血小板聚集、粘附功能和血栓形成过程中相关因子的作用，理清鬼箭锦鸡儿有效成分组在治疗心血管疾病中发挥作用的途径和靶点，探索藏药鬼箭锦鸡儿抗心血管疾病相关活性的组效关系，进而阐明藏药鬼箭锦鸡儿抗心血管疾病的作用机理，以此发现了新的抗心血管疾病的药物先导物，为临床开发新药提供了理论依据，同时为深层次开发藏药鬼箭锦鸡儿丰富的资源，发展具有我国特色的民族药业打下了良好的基础。

This item takes Caragana jubata(Pall.)Poir as a research object.According to tibetan medical theory,and the joint use of methods associated with modern pharmacy,pharmacology,chemistry and bioinformatics,combine application of chromatographic analysis,separation and preparation technique,multi-source message analysis on the research of the chemistry composition of C.jubata,to establish the characteristic fingerprint of multi-dimensional and multi-data in researching the relativity with the pharmacological activity,to distinguish its valid part and effect composition in curing anti-cardiovascular disease by sieving active constituents of C.jubata,to study the related function of valid composition of C.jubata in the formation process of thrombosis and the mass and glue function of blood platelets,to elucidate the path and target in the period of curing cardiovascular disease with effect composition of C.jubata,and to seek composition-activity relationship connected pharmacological activity in anti-cardiovascular disease of C.jubata,to obtain an new stronger activity pro-drug by clarifing anti-cardiovascular disease function mechanism of C.jubata,and to provide the theories basis for the clinical new medicine development.In same time,to deep levels exploitation and development the redundant resource of C.jubata will
