滇桂艾纳香既是壮族民间药,也是广西名优妇产科特效止血中成药“妇血康”的单方植物。本课题从分子水平探讨了其止血活性的物质基础。分离和分析了有机成分140多个,其中多糖12个、酚酸13个、氧杂蒽1个、黄酮1个、醌1个、甾醇1个、三萜2个、酯8个、卟啉1个、烃9个和挥发性成分98个,其中多糖类,氧杂蒽类,卟啉类化合物为首次分离得到的新化合物。定性定量测定了19种无机元素和2种阴离子。研究发现滇桂艾纳香中酚酸类化合物具有抗氧化,抑菌以及止血活血双向调节作用,对羟基桂皮酸、咖啡酸、阿魏酸、原儿茶酸的存在,起到了止血的协调增效作用,香草酸通过影响外源性凝血系统起到促凝作用。多糖成分具有直接收缩子宫和毛细血管的作用,从而达到直接的止血目的。大量存在的KCl和含有Ca,Zn,Cu,Mn,Fe等无机元素,对妇科止血也发挥了增效作用。对滇桂艾纳香全草提取液的1,5-二咖啡酰奎尼酸等9个成分进行了标识,为“妇血康”产品的标准化控制,提供了可靠的质量检测方法。对酚酸类、黄酮类、皂甙类和氨基酸成分的最佳提取工艺进行了探讨,为提取工艺的改善,产品质量的提高,和中成药“妇血康”的二次开发,提供了参考依据。

The genus Blumea riparia (Bl.) DC., a Chinese medicinal herb in minority of Guang Xi and also the main ingredient of the medicine Fu Xue Kang Ke Li, has been traditionally used as hemostatic in gynecological diseases. The hemostatic effect and constituents were discussed from the molecular level in this research. More than 140 organic compounds was separated or analyzed including 12 polysaccharides, 13 phenolic acids, one xanthene, one flavonoid, one quinone, one sterol, two triterpene, 8 esters, one porphyrin,9 hydrocarbon and 98 volatile components. Among them, polysaccharide, xanthene and porphyrin were new compounds and firstly separated from this plant. 19 kinds of inorganic elements and two kinds of anions were qualitatively and quantitatively determined. Phenolic acids in Blumea riparia have antioxidant, antibacterial, as well as bi-directional regulation of blood circulation to stop bleeding. The present of p-coumaric acid, caffeic acid, ferulic acid and protocatechuic acid could synergize blood coagulation, while vanillic acid could activate coagulation factors through extrinsic coagulation pathway. Polysaccharide has a direct role in shrinking the uterus and capillaries, promoting contraction of the uterus to immediate the process of hemostasis. Existence of a large number of KCl and Ca, Zn, Cu, Mn, Fe etc., also played a synergistic role in hemostasis. 1, 5 - 2 caffeoylquinic acid and other eight main components were identified in the whole plant extract of Blumea riparia, which provided a reliable method of quality inspection and standardization of controls of Fu Xue Kang Ke Li. The optimal extraction process of phenolic acids, flavonoids, saponins and amino acids were also discussed, which provided a reference for improvement of process and quality, as well as further development of Chinese medicine.
