The anti-cancer activity derivative of dihydromyricetin have been devised and prepared by dihydromyricetin extracted from ampelopsis grossedentat and G-quadruplex as target, and Interaction with G-quadruplex and CD-DNA have been studied by UV, CD act, and anti-cancer activity have been studied by tumour cell.
