超支化聚合物具有新奇的结构、独特的性能。本课题独辟蹊径,利用学科交叉与渗透的优势,提出超支化聚合物进行皮革鞣制的新思路。探讨超支化聚合物皮革鞣剂的合成规律,研究超支化聚合物对皮胶原这类生物大分子网络结构的强化作用及其规律,进而揭示超支化聚合物鞣剂进行皮革鞣制的鞣制机理,从而获得对胶原生物大分子化学改性和深加工利用的新途径。以丙烯酸甲酯和二乙醇胺为原料通过Michael加成反应制得N,N-二羟乙基-3-胺基丙酸甲酯,对反应条件和反应动力学进行了探讨;以三羟甲基丙烷为核,N,N-二羟乙基-3-胺基丙酸甲酯为单体,采用一步法合成了一系列新型超支化聚(胺-酯)复鞣剂,对反应条件进行了优化,并用IR、NMR、GPC、DSC等现代仪器对其结构进行了表征,最后将该复鞣剂的应用效果进行了研究;在阳离子交换树脂催化下将端羟基超支化聚合物与乙醛酸通过接枝反应生成端醛基超支化聚合物鞣剂,并用IR、NMR、GPC、DSC等现代仪器对其结构进行了表征,对鞣剂的应用效果以及与皮胶原的作用机理进行了深入的研究;另外,还研究了超支化聚氨酯、活泼亚甲基超支化聚合物等超支化聚合物的制备、表征和应用。

Hyperbranched polymer takes on new structure and unique properties. In this studying a new method is developed. Making use of the advantage of crossing and penetration among different subjects,we put forward a new idea which is free-chrome tanning with hyperbranched polymer. Basing on the designing to molecular structure, the synthesizing rule of hyperbranched polymer tanning agent is discussed, the strengthening effect and rule of hyperbranched polymer on network structure of leather collagen is studied and free-chrome tanning principle of hyperbranched polymer is unveiled. The methyl acrylate and diethanolamine as monomers, N, N-2-hydroxyethyl -3 - amino-propionate was synthesized through the Michael addition reaction. The reaction conditions were optimized and the reaction kinetics was discussed. The trimethylolpropane was as nuclear and the N, N-2-hydroxyethyl-3-amino-propionate as monomer, a series of new hyperbranched poly (amine-ester) re-tanning agents were synthesized by one-step method. The reaction conditions were optimized. Moreover, the IR, NMR, GPC, DSC and other modern equipment were used to characterize the structure of hyperbranched poly (amine-ester). Then the application effect of retanning agents was studied. The hyperbranched polymer with terminal aldehyde tanning agents was synthesized by grafting reaction of hyperbranched polymer with terminal hydroxyl and glyoxylate, in which the cation exchange resin was catalyst. Then the IR, NMR, GPC, DSC and other modern equipment were used to characterize the structure of hyperbranched polymer with terminal aldehyde tanning agents. Moreover, the application effect of the tanning agent and the mechanism of collagen with tanning agent were deeply studied. In addition, the hyperbranched polyurethane, cationic hyperbranched polymers, hyperbranched polymers with active methylene and their application in finishing, wastewater treatment and formaldehyde removal were researched.
