自身免疫性睾丸炎是一种免疫性疾病。目前为止对此病的机理尚不完全清楚,也还没有好的治疗方法。本研究根据我们前期实验结果的基础上,建立自身免疫性睾丸炎小鼠模型,采用形态学包括光镜和电镜、免疫组织化学技术及细胞因子测定等方法,从整体、细胞及分子水平探索由血流障碍、精路通过障碍诱导的精子形成障碍时漏出的精子抗原如何被免疫系统识别、引起何种程度的抗精子细胞免疫和体液免疫,并通过椒蒿对建立的自身免疫性睾丸炎小鼠模型试验,研究椒蒿对抗精子细胞免疫和体液免疫的影响。进一步探讨睾丸与免疫系统之间的关系,探索自身免疫性睾丸炎的预防和治疗中研制新型免疫调节药物提供新思路和实验依据。同时提高治疗免疫性疾病的新药发现率与开发率。

Autoimmunity orchitis is an immune disease.The mechanism of it is still unknown and there is no therapeutic method until now.On the basis of the previous study results, we will set up modwls of the autoimmunity ochitis mice of explore following aspects from holistic,cellular and molecular levels by morphological techniques,including light microscope,electron microscope,immunochistochemisstiry and cytokinede tection;The sperm antigen how to be recognized by the immune system which leak out when the blood flow and the sperm access dosordered;which kind of anti-sperm cellular immunity and anti sperm humoral immunity be arosed by the sperm antigen;study the effect of to anti sperm cellular immunity and anti sperm homural immunuty.We will use to explore the further relationsiop between testis and immune system.We will not only explore the prevention and the treament of this disease but also provied new thinking and experimental basis to the manufacture of immunoloregulational medications. Increasing the rat of detection and develoment to the new medicatios which can cure this kind of dusease.
