广布于中国西南地区的黄毛草莓是重要的野生草莓资源,其独特的白色浆果、蜜桃味果香和较强的抗逆性,对栽培草莓的遗传改良具有重要价值。然而目前对于黄毛草莓的自然居群缺乏系统的遗传背景评价,遗传进化机制鲜有报道,优良性状开发并不充分。本项目在前期研究基础上,拟通过简化基因组测序(RAD-seq)技术对黄毛草莓全境分布居群开展群体遗传学研究,通过检测不同生境下黄毛草莓的单核苷酸多态性(SNP),评估居群遗传多样性和分布格局,推测种群进化历史动态,从而为种质资源保护、群体进化潜力提供依据;通过检测群体选择压力和异常SNP位点,挖掘环境适应相关基因和代谢途径,为抗性基因筛选和品种培育提供线索。本项目力求深入探讨黄毛草莓群体进化历史和适应性进化机制,为核心种质资源的保护和利用提供科学依据,同时也为研究青藏高原隆升对植物起源与演化的影响提供典型案例。
英文摘要
Fragaria nilgerrensis is an important wild strawberry widely distributed in Mountainous in Southwest China. It has important values for genetic improvement of cultivated strawberry with white and peach flavor aroma fruit, as well as strong resistance. While no studies has been conducted on genetic diversity and local adaption of F. nilgerrensis yet. Based on the field investigation, in this project we will perform RAD-seq technology to obtain genomic-level single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) of F. nilgerrensis across all the populations, to detected population nucleotide diversity and population structure, population evolutionairy history of F. nilgerrensis, as well as natural selection genes. These results have important guiding values for protection and genetic resource utilization of wild strawberry F. nilgerrensis. This project will deepen our understanding of the population genetics and adaptive evolution of F. nilgerrensis, not only providing information that can be applied to genetic resource protection and utilization but also providing a typical case for comprehensive understanding of the evolutionary patterns in plants influenced by Qinghai-Tibet Plateau uplift.
