绿藻门胶毛藻目中的藻类植物体为分枝或不分枝的丝状或由分枝藻丝构成的假薄壁组织状,常见于各种水体或潮湿的土壤表面。依据经典形态学建立的胶毛藻目分类系统遗留的分类学问题较多,而根据分子系统发育建立的分类系统也存在诸多的分类学难题。受限于实验材料的难以采集,广义胶毛藻目中一半以上的属仍缺乏分子数据、其系统发育位置仍旧未知;而狭义胶毛藻目中的隐毛藻科和胶毛藻科中的胶毛藻属和毛枝藻属均为多系类群,需要进一步的分类修订。本项目拟对中国境内的胶毛藻目进行大范围采集、分离纯化藻株,以明晰我国胶毛藻目区系分布特点和多样性;通过对获取采集藻株的分子序列进行系统发育分析,研究分子序列未知的属种的系统发育位置;并结合形态特征和超微结构特征,对胶毛藻目中的多系类群进行分类修订;通过系统发育基因组学分析,对胶毛藻目在绿藻类群中的系统发育位置和核心绿藻类群的系统分支关系进行深入探讨。

The green algae in Chaetophorales are branched or unbranched filamentous or pseudoparenchymatous, which are commonly found in various water and the surface of wet soil. There are remaining lots of taxonomic problems in systems of Chaetophorales based on morphology, however, the same cases also occur in system based on molecular phylogeny. There is still no molecular sequences recorded in more than half of genera of Chaetophorales sensu lato, since the samples of these genera are difficult to collect. Most genera in Aphanochaetaceae and Chaetophoraceae (Chaetophorales sensu stricto) are polyphyetic, which indicates that these genera need further taxonomic emendations. In present study, we plan to collect Chaetophorales specimens on a large scale in China to investigate their distributions and diversities. The phylogenetic positions of the genera with no molecular sequence will be studied, and the polyphyletic genera such as Chaetophora and Stigeoclonium will be also emended by polyphasic methods. The phylogenetic position of Chaetophorales and the relationships within core Chlorophytes will be also discussed by phylogenomic inferences in present study.
