旋转复位手法是治疗腰椎间盘突出症常用的手法,其治疗效果和手法力矩、突出物所在区域及突出物性质有关,但是相互间影响机制尚不明确。本项目拟阐明旋转复位法力矩改变时对不同区域腰椎间盘突出和多相材料椎间盘的影响。①运用三维有限元技术建立突出区域,区域为“I层 1-2/2区 a-b域”、具有多相材料性质突出物的腰4/5活动节段;②利用压力传感器检测系统、动作捕捉系统将不同力矩的旋转复位法进行数据化分析;③在腰椎有限元模型中加载旋转复位手法,观察手法所产生的影响。项目将评价不同力矩旋转复位法对多相材料腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。
英文摘要
Rotational manipulation is the common treatment of lumbar disc herniation. It therapeutic effect is related to the moment, protrusion position and property. However, the interaction mechanism is unclear. The purpose of this project was to clarify the effects of moment change in rotational reduction on lumbar disc protrusion of different regions and heterogeneous material.1)The protrusion region was constructed using the three-dimensional finite element technique. The region was “layer I region 1-2/2 domain A-B”, lumbar 4/5 active section with heterogeneous material protrusion; 2) The data analysis of rotational reduction was performed using pressure sensor detecting system and motion capture system; (3) The rotational reduction was applied in the finite element model of lumbar vertebra and evaluated. The curative effect of rotational reduction with different moments on lumbar disc protrusion was evaluated using heterogeneous material.
