物种的分布具有很强的地域性特点,同一区域内分布的不同属种昆虫虽然受到同样的地理和气候的影响,但其谱系地理因受到遗传特性、行为、扩散能力及其他生物学特点的影响,以及与其所栖息环境中生物和非生物因子的相互作用,决定了同域分布的不同物种间或不同种群间存在着相同或不同的谱系结构和物种分化格局,亦有很强的区域性特点。本项研究拟以有较好形态分类学基础的中国异翅亚目昆虫为研究对象,选取不同科不同属的10个复杂种团,每个种团包含以中国为主要分布区的5至8个物种;另外选择8个不同属的以中国或东亚地区为主要分布区的广布种为研究材料,采用多个核基因和线粒体基因序列为依据,结合形态学和生态学特性,以及古代和现代地理和气候数据,研究上述同域分布的不同属种昆虫谱系地理的异同,发现生物地理格局的成因和演化规律,并探讨区域物种分化和生物多样性形成机制等科学问题。
英文摘要
This project selects 10 species groupa and 8 species of Heteroptera in China, included some complex species group which is not easy to distinguish from each other based only on morphological characters, and some widly distributed species in most area of China as research materials. We try to use the methods of molecular phylogeography, to achieve the DNA sequences of mitochondrial and nuclear genes, combine morphological data by optical and electrical microscopes about these species. Through the analyses of DNA sequences, we try to reconstruct the phylogeography of these species, compare their similarity and speciality, to understand the processes of speciation, genetic divergences, ditributional patterns of these species, which is the key issues to understand the species diversity and mechanism of local insect biodiversity formation in China.
