我国沟胫天牛族系统学研究一直处于物种调查、描述和命名阶段，已有的研究大多基于传统的外部形态特征，尚未开展系统的综合分类研究。本项目针对这一现状，在对中国沟胫天牛族种类分布最丰富的华东、华中及西南地区进行系统考察的基础上，详细研究该族的外部形态和生殖器结构，结合COI 基因以及ITS2 序列片段同源性比较，分析该族属间及种间的分子系统发育关系，澄清该类群在分类研究中存在的一些属级阶元界限不明确、一些属级阶元归属变动频繁和一些物种鉴定存在错误等分类学问题。本项目旨在通过比较形态学、比较解剖学、支序分析方法及分子系统学的研究，建立沟胫天牛族的综合分类技术体系，考订我国沟胫天牛族的已知种类，记述新的分类单元和新记录类群；通过单系群的鉴定、属级单元的归并拆分和重新定义，构建符合或接近该类群进化历史的系统树，解决分类体系问题，也为完成中国天牛科系统分类和中国沟胫天牛亚科动物志奠定基础。

The systematic research on Chinese tribe Lamiini is still at the stage of investigation, description and naming, the comprehensive classification of this tribe has not been conducted systematically yet. In allusion to the status mentioned above, the project aims to clarify the taxonomic problems of Chinese Lamiini on the basis of the species survey of the East, Central and Southwest China in where the Lamiini species are abundant distributed, detailed study on the external morphology and genital structure, sequence analysis and homology comparison of COI gene and ITS2 gene, and analysis of intergeneric and interspecific phylogenetic relationships of Lamiini. The technical system focuses on the comparative morphology of external morphological characters and the anatomy characters of male/female genitalia, cladistic analysis and molecular systematics methods. The revision work include in sorting taxonomic characters scientifically, revising the basis for classification of the genera/species and described species, clarifying the doubt groups/species, and describing the new taxa and accounting new records within China, discussing the status and phylogenetic relationships of genera in tribe Lamiini and construct the phylogenetic tree which conforms to or close to the group in the evolutionary history, solve the problem of classification system. All the study will lay the foundation for the completion of Chinese Cerambycidae systematics and Chinese Lamiinae Fauna.
