腧穴治疗作用有远近,远治作用为部分腧穴所有,属特殊性;近治作用则每穴皆备,具普遍性,为腧穴的基本作用。但长久以来对腧穴近治作用方面的研究和阐发过于忽视,一些针灸理论的困惑与此不无关系。近治作用与穴位位置、结构特征、功能状态和刺激形式密切相关。本课题根据穴位的局部结构特征,采用形态学、免疫组织化学和分子生物学方法研究不同穴位、不同刺激方式引起的穴区神经肽(SP、CGRP、TRPV1)-肥大细胞-致敏物质(BK,HA,5-HT)的变化,探究穴位的局部组织细胞化学特征与穴位效应,阐述穴位对众多疾病发挥治疗和调节作用的共性效应机制;比较不同穴位效应的差异性,寻找穴位优效性的部位结构特征和刺激形式。探讨不同机能状态下穴位自身所发生的局部变化,揭示这种变化是如何激发调控机体活动的级联反应(小刺激引起大反应),以此阐述不同穴位效应的差异性与局部结构特征和刺激方式的关系,为临床提供穴位选择和刺激手法依据。

Acupoint has local effects and distant target effects. The local effects of acupoints are general and basic. So far researches of the local effects have been ignored and the confusion of acupoint theory is related to it. However, the nature of differences (refers to superiority of acupuncture) in the acupoints double effects is a key element to improve acupuncture clinical efficacy. The local effects of acupoints are closely related to the position of acupoint, anatomical feature of acupoint, functional status of acupoint and manipulation of acupuncture. This research focuses on the change of neuropeptides (SP、CGRP、TRPV) and mast cells-sensitization material (BK,HA,5-HT) in acupoints according to different acupoints and stimulation, to investigate the biochemical characters of local tissues and acupuncture effects in acupoints by employing the method of morphology, immunohistochemistry, molecular biology. According to anatomical feature of acupoints the common effect mechanisms of acupuncture treatment and adjustment for various diseases will be elucidated. The mechanisms of how acupuncture launching and regulating cascade reaction (refers to small stimulation launch magnificent reaction) will be explored by comparing the differences of different acupoints effects. Thus, the relationship among different of acupoints effects, anatomical feature and stimulation will be elucidated. Therefore, it is the experiment evidences for selection of acupoints and acupuncture manipulation in clinical acupuncture.
