英文摘要
The study of fruit development and ripening is the one of the most important aspects of fruit ripening research. Recently, more and more studies use the strawberry fruit as the research model of non-climatic fruit ripening research. Our previous studies find that SNF-related serine/threonine-protein kinase, FaSnRK2.6, plays the key role in the regulation of strawberry fruit development and ripening. Based on this result, we will use the diploid strawberry as the material to further discuss the function and the regulation signal mechanism of FaSnRK2s. Firstly, we will use the fruit transient gene expressed assay to analysis the function of all FaSnRKs members except FaSnRK2.6; then we will further confirm the key members and their synergetic or redundant mechanism in the regulation of strawberry fruit development and ripening with the stable transgenic assay; Finally, we will reveal the interaction proteins of FaSnRK2.6, and further explore the upstream, downstream signal proteins and the signal pathways associated with the regulation of FaSnRK2.6 triggered fruit ripening.
