梭梭属植物(Haloxylon spp. )主要分布于我国干旱区荒漠、半荒漠地区,有梭梭和白梭梭2种,是荒漠林的重要组成部分,同时具有广泛的应用价值。梭梭深受众多害虫的危害,对梭梭的正常生长和荒漠生态环境的保护带来了严重的影响,而利用害虫的寄生性天敌来控制梭梭害虫是保护荒漠生态环境的有效绿色、持续可控技术之一。本项目针对目前我国对梭梭害虫的寄生性天敌资源少人研究的状况,旨在对我国梭梭林主要分布区的梭梭重要害虫及其寄生性天敌资源进行调查和分类研究,查明重要害虫的寄生性天敌资源,阐明害虫及其优势寄生性天敌的种群动态规律,并研究优势寄生蜂的寄生生物学和寄生行为特性,为梭梭害虫的生物防治提供有利数据。
英文摘要
Two species of the genus Haloxylon in our country, H. ammodendron and H. persicum Bunge ex Boiss. et Buhse, which distribute mainly in desert and semi-desert regions in Xinjiang, Inner Mongolia, Ningxia and Gansu Provinces, they are the main species successfully used in sand dune stabilization programmes and also with extensive application value. Haloxylon spp. suffer from more than 70 pests and their growth are seriously affected by them. Biocontrol is the important method for maintaining the fragile ecological environment of desert, but there are poor knowledge about the natural enemies especially the parasitic natural enemies of the saxaul pests. This project aims to investigate the saxaul insect pests and their parasitoids resources, to make clear the species diversity of the pests and their enemies, population dynamics of their dominant species on Haloxylon, and biology of parasitism, parasitical behavior of the dominant parasitic natural enemies. All the results will provide the useful data for biological control of the saxaul pests.
