利用与国外同行多年合作和中国研究材料上的优势,查明全球分布的隐摇蚊属摇蚊的区系组成,编写出全球该属的鉴定资料,给出修订的名录和分布资料。本研究拟选取隐摇蚊属全部种类为实验材料,以线粒体基因COI、16S rDNA、Cyt b以及核基因ITS-2、CAD1全长序列为分子标记开展分子系统发育研究,探讨全球隐摇蚊属种级以及与邻近属之间的系统发育亲缘关系,理清该属及摇蚊亚科分类系统的“脉络”。同时为近缘种的区分提供可信的分子依据,从而确定若干种及属的分类地位,解决一些目前存在的争论和难点,为制定合理的分类系统提供依据。基于系统发育关系研究结果,开展生物地理学研究,建立精简地域分支图,总结归纳该属分布型以及各动物地理区系间的时空演化相关性,追溯该类群的起源及分化,探讨历史生物地理分布格局和区划界线。
英文摘要
Based on the Chinese materials and the cooperation with international counterparts of Chironomidae. We collected the materials and delved into them to find out the fauna component of genus Cryptochironomus which distributed in the world. The study will offer the global keys of the genus. And will revise the global catalogue and provide the information of distribution. In this study, the molecular markers of 16S rDNA, Cyt b, Cytochrome oxidase subunit I (COI) and ITS-2 and CAD1 gene were employed to analyze the phylogenetic relationship of Cryptochironomus. Which could provide the molecular evidence for the identification of the closely related species. The study will provided the species relationship. And also discuss the phylogenetic relationship with its closely related genera. We will make certain the taxonomy system in genus Cryptochironomus, so far as to the subfamily of Chironominae. And make sure the taxonomic status of some species and genus. We hope for a settlement of all these troubles and issues. So providing some evidence for reasonable classification system in the Chironomidae. The study will discuss biogeography based on the results of molecular phylogeny. Below is a summary of the pattern of distribution and spatiotemporal evolution characteristics. The study also will explore the evolutionary history, distribution pattern of historical biogeography and colonization routes of the Cryptochironomus.
