我国脑与认知科学发展正处于跨越的关键时期，研究和制定包括神经科学和心理学为主的学科发展战略规划明确优先资助领域是国家自然基金等科研计划的迫切需求。本项目拟通过国内外调研，了解国家重大需求相关的重要科学问题，把握国际脑与认知科学发展的前沿，提出未来5-10年我国脑与认知科学的战略目标、整体思路、优先资助领域和重大交叉领域，为我国未来脑与认知科研的发展提供必要依据和支撑。

The development of brain and cognitive sciences in our country are now in a critical period of progress. It is the urgent need for scientific research plan, such as national natural fund, to study and formulate the strategic planning for discipline development including neuroscience and psychology. Understanding the priority of the research fields to be supported is also the urgent need. By domestic and foreign investigation, this project proposes to understand the important scientific problems related to the major national demand. It will follow the forefront of the international development of brain and cognitive sciences, putting forward the future 5 to 10 years' strategic target of brain and cognitive sciences in our country, overall idea of thought, priority funding areas and areas with significant cross fields. It will provide necessary basis and support for the development of brain and cognitive sciences in our country in the future.
