我国植物科学发展处于关键时期，研究和制定植物科学学科发展战略规划明确优先资助领域是国家自然基金等科研计划的迫切需求。本项目拟通过国内外调研，了解国家重大需求相关的重要科学问题，把握国际植物科学发展的前沿，提出未来5-10 年我国植物学科的战略目标、整体思路、优先资助领域和重大交叉领域，为我国未来植物科研的发展提供必要依据和支撑。

Currently, the development of plant science in China is in the key period. It is urgent demand for national science foundation of China to investigate and formulate the strategic plan for the development of the plant science discipline and make it clear the future priority research areas. In this project, we will perform a thorough national and international investigation to know about the key and crucial scientific problems which is closely related with major needs of China. By mastering the cutting edge of international plant science discipline, we will propose strategic objectives, entirety train of thoughts, priority research area and important cross research fields. Collectively, this project is aiming to provide necessary basis and support for the future development of plant science in China.
