随着B型与Q型烟粉虱的入侵替代与暴发为害,由其传播的番茄黄化曲叶病毒病(TYLCV)成为严重威胁农业生产的一种植物病毒病害,控制烟粉虱为害是防治此病的重要措施。在前期研究中发现,玫烟色棒束孢菌Isaria fumosorosea侵染后,降低了烟粉虱体内TYLCV的含量,使烟粉虱的传毒效率显著下降。本申请项目拟以项目组拥有的专利菌株-IfB01菌株为材料,着眼于玫烟色棒束孢菌-B型烟粉虱-TYLCV三者互作关系,重点研究玫烟色棒束孢菌对烟粉虱取食与排泄行为的影响,对烟粉虱内共生菌及其传毒相关基因groEL的作用,以及对TYLCV在烟粉虱体内的复制转录与转移过程的影响与作用。研究结果预期可阐明玫烟色棒束孢菌与烟粉虱互作影响TYLCV传播的机理,发现玫烟色棒束孢菌产生的对TYLCV有效的活性物质,促进发展一种新的植物病毒病防治方法--媒介昆虫杀毒法,丰富虫传植物病害的防治理论与方法。
英文摘要
With the invasion of the Bemisia tabaci B-biotype and Q-biotype and subsequently their population outbreak and substitution to other native species, tomato yellow leaf curl leaf virus (TYLCV) has been spreading worldwide and becoming a kind of serious virus disease threating to crop production. In order to reduce the damages of the disease, it is necessary to control B. tabaci. In our previous researches, it was discovered that the content of TYLCV in whitefly infected by Isaria fumosorosea was decreased apparently and that its transmission efficiency was significantly reduced as well. In this proposal, we will employ the patent strain-IfB01 of I. fumosorosea, focus on the interaction system of “I. fumosorosea-B biotype of whitefly-TYLCV”. We will pay more attention to the changes of whitefly’s feeding and excretion behavior, endosymbiotic bacteria and virus transmission associated gene groEL, and the replication, transcription and translocation of TYLCV in B. tabaci treated with IfB01 strain and its active materials. Through this research, it is expected that the interaction between I. fumosorosea and B. tabaci will be elucidate, the reasons of the lower efficacy of TYLCV transmission under the whiteflies infected by I. fumosorosea will be enclosed. Furthermore, some active substances against TYLCV will be probably found from the strain IfB01. A new method for controlling plant virus disease- insect vectors anti-virus method will might be developed. Our results will give insight to control theory and method of insect borne plant virus disease.
