葡萄灰霉病是葡萄生产上的重要病害之一,其病原菌灰葡萄孢(Botrytis cinerea Pers.)寄主范围广泛,菌源复杂,菌株间存在明显的形态分化、转座子基因分型及其它种内遗传分化,对该病原菌多样性的研究是有效控制灰霉病的前提。但目前尚未见对我国葡萄灰霉病菌多样性的系统性研究。本项目拟在前期工作的基础上,针对采自我国14个省市和地区的葡萄灰霉病菌菌株,从其形态分化类型、Flipper和Boty转座子基因分型、系统发育群类型、SSR遗传多样性等方面进行种内多样性分析,并分析灰葡萄孢菌菌株多样性与其致病力、抗药性及地域来源之间的关系,同时利用对灰霉病菌有较好抑制作用的玫瑰黄链霉菌Men-myco-93-63、枯草芽孢杆菌等不同生防微生物对葡萄灰霉病菌进行室内抑菌试验和生防菌的筛选,选择合适的生物菌剂开展葡萄灰霉病的田间药效试验,探明生防菌剂的田间使用技术等。

Grape gray mould blight is an important disease in grape production in China and abroad. The pathogen Botrytis cinerea Pers., whose host range is wide, has the complex source. Different strains have obvious morphological differentiation, gene type, and other genetic differentiation. It is a prerequisite of effective control of B. cinerea to study on pathogen diversity. But there is still no systematic research on the diversity of B. cinerea of grape host in China. On the basis of previous work, the morphological differentiation, flipper and boty transposon types, phylogenetic characteristics and SSR genetic diversity of B. cinerea strains in China will be detected in this project. The relations between genetic diversities with its pathogenicity types, resistance types, and regional sources will be analyzed. At the same time, Streptomyces roseoflavus Men-myco-93-63 which has good inhibition ability against B. cinerea, Bacillus subtilis, and other bioagents will be screened in laboratory, and the appropriate bio-agents will be using to control grape gray mold in the field efficacy test. Biocontrol application technology in the field will be developed.
