Journal of Pineal Research(IF:9.6),Science Signaling(Science子刊,封面文章,IF:6.27),J Biol Chem,Endocrinology及Biochem Pharmacol等杂志上发表SCI收录论文12篇。
The applicant has been working in the field of the regulation of ion channels in pain and its relevant mechanisms. Since the applicant full-time to return in 2009, his lab is mainly engaged in basic medical research content of the following two aspects: 1) ion channel mechanisms of migraine; 2) receptor signal transduction of low-voltage T-type calcium channel and its roles in pain regulation. In the past five years, as the first corresponding author (full domestic work), he has published 15 research articles in the prestigious international journals including: Journal of Pineal Research (Impact factor 9.60),Science Signaling (cover story, Impact factor 6.27), J Biol Chem, Endocrinology and Biochem Pharmacol, etc.. Migraine is one of the most common periodically neurological disorders. However to date, the underlying mechanisms remain largely unclear. The long-term research interest of our lab is to study the ion channel mechanism of migraine. This study will reveal the cellular and molecular mechanism of migraine and provide potential therapeutic targets for the clinical treatment of chronic migraine.
