甘油脂质代谢和脂肪酸代谢在植物抗病防卫反应中发挥着重要作用。我们研究发现小麦中也存在同样的甘油脂质和脂肪酸代谢途径,外施甘油能显著增强小麦对白粉病的抗性,可能是通过调控小麦甘油脂质和脂肪酸代谢发挥作用。本项目将对外施甘油调控小麦甘油脂质代谢以及脂肪酸代谢增强小麦抗白粉病的作用机理进行解析,通过遗传操作调节相关基因的表达提高小麦对白粉病的抗性,完善利用甘油处理调节甘油脂质和脂肪酸代谢来提高小麦对白粉病的抗性。
英文摘要
The metablism of glycerolipids and fatty acids plays an important role in plant defence to diseases. Our previous studies proved that this metablic networks also exist in wheat and can be regulated by application of glycerol to enhance the resistance to wheat powdery mildew. This research project tries to analyze the regulation of metablism of glycerolipids and fatty acids and the functions of related genes in enhanced resistance to wheat powdery mildew. The results of this research will be used to increase the resistance by manipulation of the expression of target genes and to invent a novel method to control powdery mildew by application of glycerol on wheat.
