经脉体表与体表的特定联系是经络学说的核心,但长期以来未能受到重视。近20年来脑可塑性研究的丰硕研究成果表明,大脑皮层相毗邻区域之间存在竞争性活动依赖性的相互作用,且大脑皮层支配足大趾区和生殖器区互相毗邻。本研究以此为出发点,利用经颅磁刺激、多通道在体电生理记录等当前生物学的前沿技术,深入探寻足厥阴肝经“绕阴器”的脑功能重组机制,为揭示经络学说的科学内涵提供翔实的科学依据。

Somatosomatic relationship of meridians is the core of meridian theory, which has been neglected for a long time. In recent 20 years, a competitive activity-dependent interaction of the adjacent representations in primary cortex has been demonstrated. Furthermore, the cortical representation of hallux and genitalia is adjacent. In the present study, some novel biological techniques, including transcranial magnetic stimulation and mutichannel recording in vivo, etc, are applied to explore the reorganization mechanism of relationship between Liver meridians and genitalia, which will provide detailed scientific evidence to reveal the scientific connotation of meridian theory.
