本项目将网络药理学引用到腧穴配伍中,通过网络拟定最佳配伍腧穴 “降压方”,运用电子显微镜、免疫组化、原位杂交、Western blot及电生理等技术,通过对血管平滑肌超微结构、NO/ET、ACE、ATⅡ等递质的影响,从降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)与谷氨酸脱羧酶(GAD)的表达、下丘脑与延髓有关核团的神经元活动角度,对降压的神经体液调节机制进行探讨,阐明腧穴组方对血压保护机制及其针刺信号传导途径与整合的机制。目的在于揭示腧穴“降压方”的配伍的现代科学配伍规律,为其他领域腧穴配伍奠定理论基础和研究平台,也为创立科学而系统的腧穴配伍理论(针灸处方学)提供新的思路。

This project takes network pharmacology into the combination of acupoints and finds the best acupoints prescription"Jiang Ya Fang” .After using electron microscopy, immunohistochemistry, in situ hybridization, Western blot methods and electrophysiological technique to observe the change of ultrastructure of vascular smooth muscles, calcitonin hormone gene related peptide (CGRP) and glutamic acid decarboxylase (GAD) expression, NO/ ET, ACE, angiotensin II neurotransmitters, the activity of hypothalamus and medulla oblongata nuclei, to explore the mechanism of antihypertensive effect through neurohumoral regulation, and then to reveal the modern science prescription regulations of "Jiangya Fang" , and also to establish the theoretical basis and research platform for other acupoints compatibility, and last to provides a new thinking for creating scientific and systematic acupoints compatibility theory.
