英文摘要
We have conducted a systematic study on Siegesbeckiae which is recorded as non-toxic Herba in Chinese Pharmacopoeia. We will improve the extraction technique to separate the toxic substance of Siegesbeckiae and clarify the material basis of its toxicity. Then we will explore the role of α7nAChR to regulate the efficacy and toxicity of the Siegesbeckiae aqueous portion on molecular levels and the mechanism of pulmonary toxicity of Siegesbeckiae toxic substances. Finally, we will observe the efficacy and drug safety of Siegesbeckiae when toxic substances being removed to provide a scientific basis for reasonable application of Siegesbeckiae.
