耐（嗜）盐真菌作为一类极端微生物，具有独特的代谢机制，能产生特殊酶类和具医药、工业价值的活性代谢产物，是一类重要的微生物资源。目前我国对耐（嗜）盐真菌资源及多样性研究极为有限。山东省境内高盐环境类型丰富（内陆盐碱地、滨海盐碱地、地下卤水盐场、海水盐场、结晶盐池、预结晶盐池、滩涂等），为耐（嗜）盐真菌提供了适宜的栖息地。本项目拟采用传统的分离培养方法，研究真菌物种多样性，明确其属、种组成，丰富我国耐（嗜）盐真菌资源。同时，利用ITS1 rDNA分子标记对样品宏基因组DNA进行高通量测序，分析该地区真菌资源状况及群落结构，明确耐（嗜）盐真菌在不同类型高盐环境中的分布特点，探讨群落结构与盐度的关系，为其生态学功能分析奠定基础。研究过程中获得的真菌菌种作为宝贵的微生物资源，可为后续耐盐基因发掘、活性代谢产物开发等研究提供有价值的候选菌株。

The halotolerant/halophilic fungi is a kind of extremophilic microorganism, which has unique metabolic mechanism and can produce some special enzymes and active metabolites with pharmaceutical or industrial value. They are potentially important microbial resources. Few studies of halotolerant/halophilic fungal diversity have been carried out in our country at present. There are different kinds of hypersaline environments in Shandong Province, including inland saline-alkaline soil, coastal saline-alkaline soil, man-made solar saltern, salt pond and so on, which provide a kindly habitat for the halotolerant/halophilic fungi. Base on the traditional cultural method and high-throughput sequencing of ITS1 rDNA, this study will investigate the halotolerant/halophilic fungal diversity and community in hypersaline environments of Shandong Provence, which will help us to gain an understanding of their status and distribution characteristics in different hypersaline environments and reveal the effect of salinity on the fungi community structure. This is a foundation for its ecological function analysis. Also the halotolerant/halophilic fungi isolates can provide material support for halotalerant genes, active metabolites and other follow-up studies.
