茎点霉属(Phoma)真菌是半知菌类腔孢纲球壳孢目重要植物病原真菌,可引起多种植物的叶斑、茎枯及果斑等多种病害类型。该真菌属传统分类学研究,早期主要依靠形态学和病菌对寄主植物寄生部位作为该属的分类标准,从而造成了该属真菌与叶点霉属、部分拟茎点霉属和壳二孢属分类的混乱局面。后期又将产孢类型、培养性状、分生孢子和产孢细胞形态及分子系统学技术作为该属分类的依据。我国该类真菌的研究仅限于部分形态学,缺乏培养学及分子生物学数据的支持。因此,本研究拟在对我国该属真菌进行标本采集和调查研究的基础上,依据形态学、培养学性状,并利用ITS、TUB、RPB2基因对其进行分子系统学研究,筛选适合茎点霉属真菌鉴定的条码基因或组合,澄清该属及易混淆属中相关种类的分类地位,鉴定疑难种类,为完善我国该属的分类系统奠定理论基础。
英文摘要
Phoma is an important plant pathogenic fungi belongs to the Sphaeropsidales, Coelomycetes, Deuteromycetes. It can cause leaf spot, stem blight, fruit spots and other types of plant diseases. The taxonomy of the genus mainly rely on the morphology, the parasitic position on the host. So, with this classification standard, resulted Chaos among some fungi in the genus Phyllosticta, Phomopsis and Ascochyta. Culture characteristic, types of conidia production, sporogenous cell, morphology of the fungus and molecular technology were used latterly. In China, the taxonomy of the fungi only partially based on the morphology, lack of cultural and molecular biology data support. Therefore, on the basis of specimen collection and disease investigation in northeast china, morphology, culture characteristics, the ITS, TUB, RPB2 gene will used to reach phoma identification. Select suitable genes or combinations for Phoma identification. Clarify the genus and confusing taxonomic status of some related species in the genus Phyllosticta, Phomopsis and Ascochyta. Identify difficult species. Lays a theoretical foundation for the improvement of the genus classification system in china.
