学科发展战略规划是未来动物学均衡协调可持续发展的重要保障，也是国家自然科学基金等科研计划的迫切需求。本项目拟通过国内外调研，把握国际动物学发展的前沿，阐明未来5年我国动物学研究的战略目标、基本思路、整体布局，提出符合国家重大需求的重要科学问题，凝练优先资助领域和重大交叉领域，为我国未来动物学发展提供必要依据和支撑。

Planning development strategy of discipline is the important guarantee for the sustainable development of zoology, and is also the urgent demand of scientific research programs, such as National Natural Science Foundation. This project will take domestic and international investigations, grasp the forefront of the international development of zoology, clarify the strategic objectives, basic idea and overall layout of the zoological research in China in the next five years, propose major important scientific questions meeting the national demand, concise the priority funding areas, and provide necessary basis and support for the future of zoological development in our country.
