脊柱失衡是脊柱病的主要病理基础,发病后的表现涵盖身、心两方面的综合症候群,发病率高、年轻化趋势强,目前临床多从颈椎病、腰椎病等局部防治,不良姿势致脊柱整体静力性、持久性损伤的主因却被忽视。申请人前期主持的国家自然基金项目证实,气功调心能够产生脑内自平衡效应,本项目以脊柱失衡的人为研究对象,利用设立的APP平台筛选、监控、评估站桩主、被动训练,运用脑电(EEG)、足底压力分布、心电、胃肠电、肌电等指标,同步监测站桩的内在操作过程,探寻站桩主动操作过程的心身平衡效应;应用ERP、生物力学、电生理学技术检测站桩训练各阶段变化,探寻站桩训练前中后的心身平衡效应;综合分析站桩前后及过程中的生物力学、心理及生理数据,探讨“站桩心身平衡源于大脑主动作业的同步效应,继而产生脊柱力学平衡效应、内脏功能协调效应”的机制,为从中医整体观、“治病必求于本”的角度防治脊柱病提供实验学证据,以丰富中医气功学理论。
英文摘要
Spinal imbalance is the main pathological basis of spinal disease. It covers the syndromes of mind and body. And it has a high morbidity with the trend of patients being young. At present, the local therapies are widely used in clinical that aimed at cervical spondylosis and lumbar disease. And the major cause, bad posture with spinal overall static unbalance and lasting damage has been ignored. Early hosted project of National Natural Science Funds verified that Qigong can induce self-balancing effect of brain. This project will take spinal imbalance persons as subjects, use APP platform to select, monitoring, assess active and passive training. And such indicators as the EEG, plantar pressure, ECG, EGG, EMG will be used to synchronous monitoring the inherent operating process of ZhanZhuang and explore the mental and physical coordination effect of the active training of ZhanZhuang. ERP, techniques of biomechanics and electrophysiology will be used to detect variations in multi-stage of ZhanZhuang, and explore the mental and physical coordination effect before, during and after ZhanZhuang. Data of biomechanics, physiology and psychology from before and after ZhanZhuang will be comprehensively analyzed for discussing the hypothesis that mental and physical coordination effect of ZhanZhuang originates in the synchronous effect of from brain then induce the effect of spinal balance and visceral function coordination. It can provide experimental evidence for prevention and cure in holistic concept of TCM and enrich the theory of Chinese Medical Qigong.
