近十年一直从事证候生物学基础的系统方法学研究。以冠心病气虚血瘀证为范例,提出从证候量表研制、证候生物学特征模式挖掘和方证相应三个维度研究证候生物学基础的方法学。提出了熵聚类等方法研制证候诊断量表,并制定了冠心病的中医证候诊断量表;提出文献挖掘和数据挖掘相结合的系统生物学方法分析证候的各个生物学层面的特征模式;提出支持向量域描述等系统方法从方证相应角度挖掘证候对应方剂的作用机制以探讨证候的生物学特征,形成了证候生物学基础适宜的系统生物学方法学体系。在前期工作基础上,进一步研究冠心病气虚血瘀证的生物学。近5年在Scientific Reports等杂志共发表相关的论文100余篇,第一作者(或并列、通讯)SCI论文30篇;入选教育部新世纪优秀人才,主持1项国家自然基金,结题1项。获得国家奖1项,省部级5项,担任SCI杂志编委,获得软件著作权3项。

I has been engaged in the systematic methodology research of syndrome biological basis for 10 years. Taking the Qi deficiency blood stasis syndrome in coronary heart disease as an example, I had put forward the methodology to study the syndrome biological basis from three dimensions: syndrome scale research, biological pattern of Syndrome and prescription & syndrome. I had put forward the entropy clustering methods to develop syndrome scale and finished the syndrome scale of traditional Chinese medicine for coronary heart disease; put forward system biology method combined literature mining and data mining to analyze all aspects of biology characteristic mode of syndrome; put forward SVDD methods to excavate syndrome corresponding formula's mechanism in the view of prescription & syndrome to discuss the biological characteristics of the syndrome, formed systematic biology methodology system for the syndrome biological basis. Based on the previous research, I have been focused on the biological basis for Qi deficiency blood stasis syndrome in coronary heart disease. I have published more than 100 articles in different journals, such as Scientific Reports, am the first author (Equal or Corresponding Author) in 23 pieces of SCI papers, was selected as the new century excellent talent, hold 1 piece of National Natural Fund, and finished 1 piece of National Natural Fund. One National Award and five provincial awards were rewarded. The applicant was nominated as an editor board in one SCI journal and obtained three software patents.
