云实属植物因其特征性成分卡萨烷型二萜和高异黄酮受到广泛关注,在前期得到新卡萨烷型二萜和新高异黄酮类成分的基础上,拟用多种现代色谱技术和波谱技术对云南产四种该属植物塔拉、含羞云实、见血飞和九羽见血飞不同部位进行两类特征性化学成分的提取、分离纯化和结构鉴定,所得单体化合物将进行体外肿瘤细胞毒活性或降糖活性评价,预期发现新卡萨烷型二萜或新高异黄酮或具有活性的两类成分20-30个,发现1-2个具有较强活性或潜在开发应用前景的两类化合物,为进一步的创新药物研制提供药学和药理学依据。卡萨烷型二萜和高异黄酮两类成分在植物中分布狭窄,结构类型丰富,生物活性多样,从云南产四种植物中寻找新的两类成分和活性成分有较大潜力,有可能得到具有较好肿瘤细胞毒活性或降糖活性的卡萨烷二萜或高异黄酮类药用先导化合物,丰富天然产物的内容,有助于发挥地方优势和特色,为合理开发和利用云南植物资源提供依据。
英文摘要
Due to the characteristic cassane diterpenoids and homoisoflavonoids, the plants of Caesalpinia have drawn wide attention. New homoisoflavonoids and new cassane diterpenoids were isolated from C. spinosa and C.minax in our previous research. Through various modern isolation and structure identification technology,the chemical compositions of C. spinosa, C. mimosoides, C. cucullata and C.enneaphylla distributed in Yunnan Province will be extracted, isolated, and identified. The cytotoxic or hypoglycemic activities of the cassane diterpenoids and homoisoflavonoids will be tested. Some compounds with cytotoxic or hypoglycemic activity,or some new compounds are anticipated to be obtained. The cassane diterpenoids and homoisoflavonoids display restricted distribution in the plants, whose structures and bioactivities are diverse. This project has great potentialities to gain new compounds or lead compounds for new drugs. And the result is helpful to further exploitation of Caesalpinia species in Yunnan Province, and enrich the content of natural compounds.
