本群体总人数5名,包括学术带头人1名、研究骨干4名。其中有973首席1名,国家杰青3名,“万人计划”科技创新领军人才1名,是教育部“作物基因组学与分子育种”创新团队的主要成员,国家玉米改良中心的骨干力量。群体主要创新性研究成果有:利用368份自交系开展玉米籽粒油份相关性状的全基因组关联分析,深入剖析了玉米籽粒油份生物合成的遗传学基础;系统分析了玉米胚乳基因印迹现象,为玉米籽粒发育的表观遗传调控研究奠定了重要基础;建立了高容量的玉米突变体库,并获得玉米籽粒突变体约300个;建立了以国内外700份骨干自交系为基础的关联分析群体,获得了超过1000万个覆盖全基因组的SNP标记,为深入剖析玉米籽粒关键性状的分子遗传学基础提供了重要保障。近五年团队在Nature Genetics、Genome Research、PNAS、Plant Cell等国际著名学术刊物发表SCI论文78篇,他人引用2609次。

英文摘要

The Innovative Research Group involves five members, one academic leader and four primary scientists, which includes one 973 chief scientist, three recipients of National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars, one recipient of "Ten Thousands Talents Program" of the leader of scientific and technological innovation research in the group. The members of this group are parts of the innovation team approved by the Ministry of Education and are the key members of the National Maize Improvement Center. The main research achievements of the group are in the following: The genetic architecture of maize oil biosynthesis was extensively examined in a genome-wide association study among 368 inbred lines, which provided insights into the genetic basis of oil biosynthesis in maize kernels; The imprinting of the maize endosperm was systematically investigated, which shed light on the development of maize kernel through epigenetic regulation; Large maize mutant libraries were constructed using both Mu transposon and EMS chemical mutagen, among them, about 300 kernel mutants were obtained;700 elite maize inbred lines from China and US were collected for genome-wide association study, and more than 10 millions SNP markers covering the entire maize genome were obtained through whole genome re-sequencing, which provides an important tool for the analysis of molecular genetics of key traits of maize kernel. In recent five years, the group has published 78 papers on Nature Genetics, Genome Research, PNAS, Plant Cell and other well-known international academic journals, and the published papers were cited 2609 times by others in SCI indexed journals.
