申请人率先将认知神经科学与中医脑病理论结合,建立了以“脑络-神经网络”为核心的中医MCI发病理论和疗效评价、机制研究体系,为AD早期防治做出重要贡献:首次提出“病络”是MCI病机核心,其神经学实质即“脑网络失连接”,“肾虚-痰浊-酿毒-病络”是MCI病机演变的基本规律;以“补肾化浊、解毒通络”法临床干预MCI,反证了申请人MCI发病理论的正确性,并在国际上首次以神经影像手段阐明中药对大脑的调节机制,为中医药干预AD的疗效评价、机制研究,提供了重要范式;并创建大样本多维度的老年脑健康数据库(纵向),为老年认知疾病的中医药诊治及神经科学研究构建了坚实的平台。近5年发表论文54篇;通讯作者SCI论文34篇(TOP文章10篇,IF均大于6),SCI 总IF=189.16;文章被医学F1000推荐为必读论文、Nature Reviews等刊物正面评价;获国家发明专利5项、全国百篇优秀博士论文奖。

The applicant takes the lead in the combination of cognitive neuroscience and the brain collaterals theory of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), which breaks through the bottleneck of the relative lag of pathogenesis and therapeutic methods for the treatment of MCI. This research effectively solves the key problems in intervention for MCI and makes important contribution for the early prevention of AD. First, it has been revealed that “brain network disconnection” is a common neurological feature of MCI and high risk population. Second, it is first proposed that “diseased collaterals” is the core pathogenesis of MCI, the neurological mechanism of “diseased collaterals” is “brain network disconnection”, and the basic rule of its pathogenesis evolution is “kidney deficiency-phlegm-toxic substance accumulation-diseased collaterals”. Third, the method of BuShen HuaZhuo and JieDu TongLuo has been used in clinical treatment of MCI, which supports the MCI pathogenesis theory we proposed. In addition, the applicant first use visualization tools for neuroimaging to describe the regulation mechanism of drugs on the brain, which provides an important research paradigm for the early prevention and control process of the TCM intervention of AD. Finally, a large sample longitudinal and multi-dimensional database for elderly brain health has been established, which laid a solid foundation for the TCM treatment and neuroscience research of geriatric cognitive disorders. In recent 5 years, the applicant has published 54 papers, and 34 of which as the corresponding author (including 10 TOP journal papers, IF>6 for each one). These papers have been recommended as must read articles by medical F1000, and have obtained a positive evaluation by review team of renowned journals such as Nature Reviews. Furthermore, the applicant has been granted 5 national invention patents, and won the National Excellent Doctoral Dissertation Award in 2007.
